          room. The restaurant is great for those looking for
          something a little more clandestine and sweet, with
          just enough eccentricity to not make it staid. The
          food is electric and creative, and Chef Choo and his
          team are always available to serve you something
          that will make you relax and enjoy your food.

          Likewise is Morsels, run by energiser bunny and chef
          extraordinaire Chef Loh, who happens to be Chef-
          Owner of the restaurant. Every element of Morsels
          is built by her own two hands, whether it be the
          light features on the ceiling to the photographs and
          paintings that adorn the walls. Chef Loh’s very artistic
          identity is poured into the restaurant, and entrenched
          in its DNA. The same can be said of her food, which
          employs anything that Chef Loh loves, including her
          penchant for fermentation and pickling items. This
          chef is someone who people recognise for her skill in
          creating great food. With collaborations with private
          dining chefs, exploration into wines and learning
          new skills everyday, Chef Loh is a dynamic force
          to be reckoned with, and Morsels shows the
          results of her hard work and eclectic style.
