酒 JT This is a very dry wine. I personally like it because

小 I can taste the freshness from the botanicals that are

品 added into the wine. It is very elegant and is full-bodied.
JP On the nose, I get the first notes of lemon.
This is a very rich wine, and has good acidity. I
think that this wine reminds me of the mountains
in Valais, because you can taste that the grapes
are grown in cold temperature on the mountain.

Their choices: home cured Norwegian salmon
served with ikura and crème fraiche, smoked
chicken with chilli mango & cilantro salad (VY)
