PROVINS GRAND METRAL HUMANGE WINE + VINE
ROUGE AOC VALAIS SWITZERLAND 2016
JP This is a very well-balanced wine. It is
aromatic, earthy and easy to drink. This is good
to pair with food or can be enjoyed by itself.
VY The first thing I noticed about this wine is its spicy
flavour. There is a light finish, and will go well with
earthy flavours like mushrooms and white truffles.
Their choices: smoked chicken with chilli mango
& cilantro salad (WC)
PROVINS SWISS VALLEY PINOT NOIR AOC
VALAIS SWITZERLAND 2017
JP This is still a very young wine with
notes of fresh cherry and raspberry. The
wine has good acidity and is easy-drinking.
WC The wine is not mature yet, but I have
to say that it is not a typical pinot noir. It has
flavours of pepper, cherry and other berries.
Their choices: smoked chicken with chilli
mango & cilantro salad (JP), braised beef short
rib with root vegetables & natural jus (VY) pg066 wines from left to right: Provins Grand Metral
