JP This wine is very interesting on the nose, there
are strong tannins and the wine is very light-bodied. WINE + VINE
WC On the nose, there are dark berry notes. When
it comes to the flavour, the wine has very dark fruit
characteristics, and the tannins still coat the tongue.

JT This wine is quite mellow, and is very
fresh on the nose. It also and has high acidity.
VY On the nose, there are strong notes of grapefruit
and yellow fruits. There is good acidity to the wine
so it is good for drinking at any time of the day.
Their choices: smoked chicken with chilli mango
& cilantro salad (JP), home cured Norwegian
salmon served with ikura and crème fraiche (WC)

Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Orchard
Hotel to taste the wines and recommend
