               Today, we often see restaurants that boast one culture, featuring ingredients
               from its country, and its unique cooking techniques. However, these three
               new restaurants are hoping to introduce the union between two cultures – by
               meeting the different cooking methods, produce and stories together. Besides
               promoting the different cultures, each restaurant is also introducing its own
               distinctive culinary style, contibuting to a diverse culinary scene in Singapore.
