       峰       The  World Gourmet Summit (WGS) has, for the past 23 years, been serving up  excellence
               in  the  gastronomy  world  and  we  continue  to  do  so  through  a  newer,  more  conscious
       会       generation  of  the  World  Gourmet  Summit.  Now,  for  our  24th  year,  we  are  looking  to
               continue  this  introspection  into  the  food  and  beverage  industry,  with  the  theme  “SOUL”.

               SOUL is not just a way to explain our wish to explore food that nourishes our deepest selves.  It stands
               for many things in the culinary and hospitality industry: Sustainability in the workplace (S), whether in
               the culinary or hospitality industry; the growing education of those learning and using local, Organic
               produce (O), the use of Urban spaces to cultivate agriculture in cities (U), and sustainable habits we
               can  undertake  and  adapt  in  our  Lifestyles  (L).  WGS  aspires  to  reach  the  benchmark  that  was  set  in
               2019 and this aspiration is not going to be centred around one main event alone. Introspection and
               nourishment of the soul, whether through education or through dining on exquisite food, is something
               that has to be continuous, and the curated list of chefs and events are made to explore these aspects. CH
