The Spot

The Spot will be offering National Day Specials which reminds you of a typical Singaporean breakfast. Curated by Executive Chef Lee Boon Seng, who has carved his culinary career in Singapore, expect imaginative dishes like “Love Letter Cookie” Mille Feuille (S$26++), a delicate starter that is reminiscent of kaya toast. Sweet and savoury, this dish is layered with chicken liver mousse and pandan apple jam.
WAKANUI
Zichar is a Singaporean favourite. For one day only,
WAKANUI is going local with a National Day Menu (4-course lunch S$108++, 6-course dinner S$188++) inspired by zichar dishes. True to its identity, WAKANUI boasts premium New Zealand beef grilled over Japan-sourced binchotan, and ocean-fresh seafood, done with a local twist this 9th of August.
TONITO
A walk-through bustling night markets are not without the comforting smells of buttered corn served in Styrofoam cups. This National Day from 6 to 9 August,
TONITO pays tribute to a 4-course sharing menu (S$150++) to this humble maize, delivered on Latin American street food staples.
PERCH
For a fun-filled family day in the East,
