Cuisine & Wine and Welbilt to Produce a Podcast About F&B Industry Insider News
Cuisine & Wine Asia is proud to present a new video podcast that will be focused on news and interviews for the F&B insider.
Titled, " It's About Taste", the 10-Part series podcast will be powered by Welbilt Asia. The podcast is hosted by Mr Ricky Parikh, Sales and Marketing Manager of Peter Knipp Holdings Pte Ltd.
" We are excited to be working with Welbilt Asia on this project," says Mr Parikh, in a quick interview. " This podcast aims to show what is new, what is happening, with regards to the spectrum of restaurants, equipment, food and beverage, in a weekly podcast format."
"We want to showcase what our partners, such as Welbilt and Fabristeel, are doing, what is new in the industry, and what goes on behind the scenes. These are all aspects that change very quickly every day, so we hope to capture all this in an engaging, informative format that's relatable and easy to listen to, one that the aspiring F&B industry professional would want to watch on a weekly basis."
Guests that will be coming on board include Mr Leonard Lam and Mr WIlliam Fletcher of Welbilt Asia, Chef Kong Kok Kiang, Vice President of the Singapore Chefs Association and Executive Chef of Sentosa Golf Club, and the team at BioPak, exploring topics such as upcoming kitchen equipment, speed cooking and the importance of sustainable packaging for delivery.
