It’s a treat when Bar-Roque Grill serves anything from their repertoire of great dishes. After all, it’s a menu powered by Chef Stephane Istel’s memories in France, Bar-Roque Grill is a reflection of his home region of Alsace and his culinary inspirations. It celebrates the artisanal culture of creating the best French food and the art of cultivating products such as forcemeat and game. Thus, it is a pleasure to announce that in collaboration with the World Gourmet Summit, Bar-Roque Grill will be serving elevated French cuisine in an event happening at the end of May, which, for the first time at the esteemed restaurant, will be paired with wines from the great state of California!
