Yantra Diwali Classics

Yantra Diwali Classics  Celebrating the beauty of the Festival of Lights, Yantra is releasing a set of four different menus meant to symbolise four great temples that many would venture to during this festive holiday.

This promotion, which will run from now to the end of the month, priced at $55++ per person, and will include some of the wondrous vegetarian temple food that feature famously amongst temple goers in India. These menus, of course, will showcase the best of what the team at Yantra has to offer. Under the watchful hands of Chef Pinaki Ray, Executive Chef at Yantra, the team presents some of the best vegetarian set meals on offer.

Special recognition goes to the Tirupati Balaji Temple Set, which starts off with a piping pot of Milagu Rassam, which you can savour and taste at the heat which sets to soothe and warm the drinker. Then, be presented with silver platters of rice served with arrays of dishes such as their pookose urlai kurma, bhindi poryal, tomato pappu, and arachivita sambhar. Finish your meals with the traditional dessert of payasam.
Another set to look out for is the Golden Temple Set, which starts the diner off with dahi bhalle, bhatura langar ke choley, and then presented with a silver platter of mutter pulao served with paneer tamatar dhania patte da, pakode wali kadi, pancharanga achaar, papad and dahi. End off the meal with ice cold kulfi that’s sweet and yet not overbearingly so.

All these menus are available for dining in for both lunch and dinner. Patrons looking for an accompaniment to go along with these meals will be able to choose from a selected list of cocktails, mocktails and wines that you can pair with most of these sets.  Delivery for these set menus will not be available, but selected menu items will be available a la carte for delivery.
