Chef Kenny has always strived to evolve new creations. This season, feature dishes like Uni – Hokkaido Sea Urchin with Scallop, Ponzu, with a subtle touch of Oscietra Caviar and Hanna Ho. The Alaskan King Grab with Squid Ink Pasta is another standout dish, with rich, briny flavours and a tinge of sea salinity that go nicely with the king of crabs.
