Hotels who have applied and are officially approved to resume operations by the STB include Capella Hotel, Singapore, Grand Hyatt Singapore, PARKROYAL On Beach Road and Marina Bay Sands Singapore. These hotels have implemented Safe Management Measures as set by the Multi-Ministry Taskforce and have met the stringent requirements for hygiene.
This includes the implementation of a rigorous cleaning and disinfecting regime, protocol to reduce face-to-face mingling between persons, crowd control measures as well as the satisfaction of reduced human density requirements. As was the case prior to the nation’s Circuit Breaker, staycation deals and voucher promotions from various restaurants have been set up for those particular hotels.
