FHA HoReCa Back In October, Featuring Innovation, Great Desserts and Coffee!

Food & Hotel Asia HoReCa was held at EXPO and saw over 800 exhibitors from 30+ countries and regions. With four days of intense showcasing, the event included a wide range of companies that supplied equipment and machines, as well as product showcases and features to help resolve the hospitality solutions available in the market.

The opening ceremomy, which was held at the Peridot rooms at the MaxAtria at the Expo, was attended by members of the media. Graced by the presence of Guest of Honour Mr. Alvin Tan, Minister of State for Trade and Industry & Culture, Community and Youth, along with Mr Ian Roberts, Vice-President -Asia, Informa Markets.

The four days were full of bustle and activity, featuring people who in the last few years were unable to come out and display their wares and products, and thus there was a big change in the way booths were organised into, which included more practical demonstrations and chefs coming down to showcase recipes using products from the companies and booths.
