A Highly Anticipated Fiesta
CÉ LA VI and San Pellegrino is teaming up once again to present Sky High Gourmet Fiesta on Sunday, 19 January 2020.
This exclusive gourmet experience will be bringing five innovative local chefs together to stir things up at the top of Marina Bay Sands like never before. Guests can embark on a lively journey to discover creative dishes, embodying distinct characteristics of the chefs, in tasting portions.
For this Sunday affair, CÉ LA VI will waive the cover charge from 12 pm to 4 pm, and guests who RSVP can enjoy complimentary entry to the fiesta. Take in Singapore’s beautiful skyline and indulge in a variety of dishes from six of Singapore’s top restaurants at S$20 per dish.
Sky High Gourmet Fiesta will be including local chefs like Chef Dave Pynt of Burnt Ends , Chef Kurt Sombrero from MeatSmith, Chef Andrew Walsh from Bao Boy and Butcher Boy, Chef Carlos Montobbio of Esquina and Chef Drew Nocente of Salted & Hung.
