Singapore Favourite Food Village 2016 celebrates Singapore’s Culinary Heritage
From 22-31 July, Singapore Favourite Food Village presents the diversity of Singapore’s culinary landscape through an event titled, A Wok Through Singapore’s Culinary Heritage held from 5pm-11pm at Bugis MRT Exit A.
One of the key highlights of the event is the culinary showdown between two different groups, the Old Favourites and the Modern Takes, which would present their best local dishes in the respective manner. Guests would get to savour the best of both worlds while enjoy live cooking demonstrations and street performances. Food trucks and pop-up cafes are available as well. Expect names like Big Street, Churros Factory, Fortune Food, Souperstar etc.
