                                                           New  kid-on-the-block  at  Mohamed  Sultan
                                                           Road  is  Lé  FUSION  that  serves  modern  Chinese
                                                           dishes  with  Western  influences.  The  restaurant
                                                           is  the  brainchild  of  Chef  Bernard  Tan  and  his
                                                           wife,  Mrs  Catherine  Tan  who  both  decided
                                                           to  fuse  their  favourite  dishes  into  one  place.
                                                           Among the many bars and concepts along Mohamed
                                                           Sultan Road, Lé FUSION stands out with its colourful
                                                           and  modern  setting  featuring  red  pendant  lights,
                                                           graffiti-esque  pop  art  and  neon  light  signs.

                                                           The dishes at Lé FUSION are unique and will not be
                                                           found anywhere else. Each dish, as Chef Tan shares,
                                                           has  its  own  story  and  tells  a  tale  of  his  travels.
