近大家在餐饮业常会听到
最S。O。U。L food一词,其实这
四个英文字母的翻译是选其名词中的首
个英文字母由来的。第一个字S,代表
了可持续发展(sustainability) 第二
个O 代表了有机(organic)第三个字母
U 代表了城市区域(urban)最后一个L
就代表了人们的生活方式(lifestyle)。
所以这次我们就要走入这四间在新加坡
得奖的知名餐厅,看看他们如何诠释这四
个字母。
