                                                           This  made  it  important  to  ensure  that  I  treasure
                                                           the  new  memories  created  with  other  friends.
                                                           Our  first  traverse  into  Hunan  with  Chef  Jacky
                                                           Shaw  as  our  guide  took  us  to  a  breath-taking
                                                           part  of  China  that  not  many  would  have  gone
                                                           before.  Tian  Men  Mountain  and  Tzang  Jia  Jie
                                                           were  beautiful  sites  that  would  have  taken
                                                           the  breath  of  any  tourist  that  ventured  there.

                                                           In  the  end,  what  is  the  Chinese  brand  of
                                                           hospitality? I like to think that I’ve found it in the
                                                           friends  we  made,  and  remember  along  the  way.
