Smile At Peppermint's Great Themed Promotion with a Gastronomic Trip to Thailand! Peppermint is known to host themed dinners from different countries, and this time, Peppermint wants to take diners into an epicurean sojourn to the luscious and delicious Land of Smiles with its “Amazing Thailand” Buffet offer from 5 October until 31 October 2022.

Gather your friends and loved ones and experience a sumptuous “Sawasdee Ka” by feasting over Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee’s creations honouring the timeless flavours of Thailand. Beloved by the local food community and international food connoisseurs alike, and renowned for its complex flavours, fiery heat and the robust use of fresh ingredients, our culinary team has prepared a feast of epic proportion, teeming with traditional Thai favourites.

Diners may look forward to handcrafted creations, including Wok-fried Yellow Curry Crab, Chiang Mai Curry Chicken Noodle, Thai Beef Boat Noodle, Thai-style Chicken Rice, Thai Massaman Curry Black Angus Beef Oxtail and more! This enticing ensemble is complemented by an array of Live Stations, a Seafood Station and Western delicacies, comprising Roasted Lamb with Urban Farm Rosemary, Grilled Marbling Beef, King Oyster Mushroom, Au Poivre, 16-hours Cooked Veal Shank, Pot Roasted Black Angus Beef Oyster Blade, Indian Vegetarian options and a collection of local and regional desserts to cap the opulent meal on a sweet note, including the perennial favourite – Mango Sticky Rice with Coconut Sauce.

As part of the hotel’s sustainability initiatives, 20% of the seasonal greens, herbs and produce that are used in our kitchen at Peppermint and our hotel are grown and harvested from our very own Urban Farm or at least sourced from locally owned suppliers, that practice sustainable methodologies to reduce our operational carbon footprint. Spanning 150 square metres, the Urban Farm houses over 60 varieties of fruits, vegetables, herbs and edible flowers. The Urban Farm’s output forms the backbone of the farm-to-table concept at Peppermint.
