The Peninsula



The Peninsula invites families to reunite in a seasonal celebration that dates back more than 3,000 years – the Mid-Autumn Festival. The Peninsula has been creating its own Mid-Autumn traditions since 1986, when it first launched its now-iconic egg custard mooncakes using premium-grade duck eggs, butter, and coconut milk. 
 
This year, it is proud to add three new mooncake flavours to its lineup: Egg Custard with Peninsula Blend Tea Mooncake, plus two innovative creations by Chef Tang Chi Keung, The Peninsula’s Michelin-starred culinary advisor. This year, Chef Tang took inspiration from traditional Cantonese flavours to create the rich and aromatic Sesame and Mung Bean Paste Mooncake and the refreshingly tart Salty Lemon with White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake.
 

Intercontinental Singapore



This Mid-Autumn Festival, InterContinental Singapore puts an innovative spin on traditional flavours – unveiling four limited edition handcrafted baked mooncakes in addition to its classic signatures, including the artisanal baked and tea-infused snow skin mooncakes. Encased in an elegant emerald box comprising motifs of flowers and butterflies, this exquisite collection captures the beauty of the season to exude an enchanting sophistication.

Flavours this year include variations of tea in snow skin, such as Passionfruit Earl Grey, Thai Cheese Milk Tea, Lychee Oolong, and Sea Salt Caramel Rose


 
Goodwood Park



Celebrate meaningful connections and cherished bonds with yet another elegant Mid-Autumn Festival collection from Goodwood Park Hotel, masterfully handcrafted by Hong Kong chefs in an annual collaboration with our culinary team. 

The 2022 collection introduces the new stunning Ondeh Ondeh snowskin mooncake that highlights a luscious pandan centre enveloped in choux pastry, gula melaka and a base of freshly grated coconut, as well as the refreshing Strawberry snowskin mooncake decked in a mesmerising shade of baby pink, filled with a fusion of strawberry and soursop purée, and juicy strawberry chunks.
