You’re Invited To Our Wine+ Vine Virtual Tasting Session with Sevenhills Cellars and Morsels!
What does it mean to pair up wines with food? What goes into the process of making wines? What makes the climate of Australia so good to cultivate wines? In an exclusive Wine + Vine Virtual Tasting Session, we sit with experts who tell us more about Sevenhills Cellars, how they can pair with dishes thanks to the expert opinions of wine experts, and answer any burning questions you may have!
Sit down with sommelier Sean Ou (DipWSET, trainer consultant at The Beverage Clique) and Mohammed Yazid (F&B Manager at the One Faber Group) as they taste, discuss and tell us how they would pair up wines from Sevenhills Cellar of Australia with special mains from Morsels Fathers’ Day Menu, made by Chef/Owner Petrina Loh. This tasting will be done in Part 1 and Part 2 of the Wine + Vine Digital Special which will be held on the 18th and 19th of June, 7pm on Facebook.
Part 3 will encompass an exclusive talk with the winemaker of Sevenhills Cellars, Will Shields, who will explain more about the history of Sevenhills Cellars, how the grapes get picked and processed, and how this company has become one of the most trusted brands in Australia.
