The contestants, who hail from Singapore, Australia, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, New Caledonia, Philippines, South Korea, Tahiti-French Polynesia, Thailand and Vietnam, will go through another found of tough competition to emerge as winner of the Young Talent Escoffier Asia Pacific round before going on to represent Asia in the 2023 finals. To help fund her journey, the Singapore Chefs Association is embarking on a fund-raising Epicurean Dinner at Path Restaurant in Marina Financial Centre to send Chef Ho to Bali. Chef Marvas Ng will be presenting a French 6-course dinner employing the freshest, choicest ingredients from Japan, and proceeds of the dinner will go to helping Chef Ho fund her way to the next round!
