And now, in collaboration with the World Gourmet Summit, the restaurant and bar is the place for you to be on 30 July 2022, with an innovative cocktail and dining menu by Executive Chef Lee Boon Seng and Mixologist Remz Ocampo.
This is an exciting event, as both Chef and Mixologist are at the peak of their careers. Chef Lee happens to be the recipient of the USA Cheese Guild Innovative Chef of the Year 2021 at the World Gourmet Awards, and Remz Ocampo cinching the title of Mixologist of the Year 2021. They will be holding the dining event with the World Gourmet Summit as well as alcohol spirits partner Spirits Castle, who will be supplying different types of whiskeys for Mr Ocampo to work and create wonderful cocktails with.
