What To Expect in Phase 3 of Easing Out Of Circuit Breaker Restrictions

What To Expect in Phase 3 of Easing Out Of Circuit Breaker Restrictions The holiday season is coming up, and so is something else most of us would be looking forward to: Phase 3 of easing out of Circuit Breaker measures. It’s that time where you know people are excitedly awaiting the season to expect bigger dinner parties, more staycation packages, and being able to eat out in larger groups.

And that’s all very well and good, we’re all in favour of celebrating with friends. However, it’s important to remember how we’re still living in a pandemic, and that Phase 2 restrictions are still up till the 28th of December. While we may be happily celebrating Christmas and the holiday excitement it brings, Covid-19 is still a reality that lives on in our lives, and therefore should not be taken lightly.

This comes to mind especially when you look at the news: Two Resorts World Sentosa hotels, the Beach Villas and Equarius Hotel, have been directed to suspend bookings for one month after failing to comply with COVID-19 safe management measures, and only able to open bookings on January 21st.  Both hotels failed to register gatherings of more than 10 people, and also failed to do temperature checks and Safe-Entry checks.

And these are not isolated incidents. Rules being broken like this have been happening on and off throughout the Phase 2 period in the last few months, despite the fact that Covid-19 still occurs. This affects businesses, and livelihoods.

So, from our hearts, to yours, please do make sure that you abide by Phase 3 rules when it comes into effect on 28th December 2020:

So, do make sure that you folks abide by the Phase 3 rules,
