JUMBO Group Opens Flagship Premium Restaurant in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands

Now, they’re climbing their way upwards into the world of upscale dining, with the very first premium dining restaurant JUMBO Signatures.
Located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, JUMBO Signatures features Singapore’s iconic flavours from JUMBO Group’s multiple dining concepts, such as Bak Kut Teh stewed to perfection by NG AH SIO Bak Kut Teh, great succulent and flavoursome Braised Whole Abalone with Premium Sauce by Zui Teochew Cuisine to the tantalising Award-Winning Chilli Crab by JUMBO Seafood. This new flagship premium restaurant combines these quintessential tastes, and elevates the Singapore dining experience through tasting menus and sommelier wine pairing.
The first bit of exquisite expensive taste at JUMBO Signatures comes from The Signatures Tasting Menu.
With
a tasting menu that comprises an eight-course meal, complete with an amuse bouche and palate cleanser, the tasting menu lets the diner enjoys the best of the best Singaporean dishes through a wide spectrum of flavours.
They also have a Signatures Ala-Carte Menu, which is available in small plates, their ala-carte menu offers many classic dishes from starters to soup, meat, vegetables and seafood. Diners are free to choose a number of different dishes from the small-plates menu and share them with their guests.
