Michelin Guide Singapore 2022!
After the Covid19 pandemic, the Michelin Guide 2022 was held at Marina Bay Sands for its annual star revelation, making it one of the most thrilling nights in Singapore's culinary scene.
A total of 52 restaurants were awarded stars this year, as opposed to 49 the previous year.
The one-star category includes seven new restaurants. These included French-Japanese restaurant Rêve at Kreta Ayer Road, Burnt Ends, Raffles Hotel’s La Dame de Pic, and Japanese restaurant Hamamoto.
A total of 35 restaurants, including the sole hawker on the list, Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle, remained their one-star status.
Chef Rishi Naleendra's Cloudstreet in Amoy Street and chef Mano Thevar's modern Indian restaurant Thevar in Keong Saik Road are the two new two-star establishments.
In the three-star category, Odette, Les Amis, and Restaurant Zen all maintained their three stars.
