Reve x PasirPanjangBoy Collaborate This July!
PasirPanjangBoy duo Tinoq and Dylan are a force to be reckoned with. In collaboration with the World Gourmet Summit, they are continuing their run of working together with local restaurants. This July, PasirPanjangBoy are setting their sights on a unique collaboration with World Gourmet Summit Partner Restaurant, Rêve!
This is a continuation of the ongoing event WGS Goes Local, where restaurants work with private dining chefs and create collaborations that will call into nostalgia and love for the food around us, as well as invoke a sense of curiosity and joy about what happens when cuisines, chefs and creators find common ground. Watch as Tinoq and Dylan work with Chef Kawano Masahiko into creating and curating a menu that employs Nyonya boldness and flavours with Japanese ingredients and French techniques.
