Diabetes-friendly Afternoon Tea at Axis Bar and Lounge, Mandarin Oriental Singapore In conjunction with World Diabetes Day, Axis Bar and Lounge of Mandarin Oriental Singapore introduces an Afternoon Tea menu for the month of November with reduced sugar as part of its efforts to raise awareness on diabetes, one of the leading diseases in Singapore.

The menu emphasises on fruits, vegetables and whole grains. The afternoon tea menu begins with osmanthus jasmine jelly, followed by poached lobster and chives cream on buckwheat pancakes, cranberry and smoked turkey wrapped in arugula, cured salmon on pumpernickel bread and cinnamon carrot scones.
