Chef Stefan was cooking up a storm in the kitchen, with delicacies like Alsatian Tarte Flambee & Snail, Tuna Tarte, Pate En Croute and Beef Wellington as the main course. Guests were satisfied as the dishes were packed with flavour, and each dish wowed guests with its intense use of flavours, providing an exciting journey for the discerning palate.
The dinner was paired with California Wines from The Straits Wine Company! Moritz Deyle, Head of On-Trade introduced the history of the wines to guests. Guests indulged themselves in the Cabernet, Zinfandel and Sauv Blanc wines.
