World Gourmet Summit Welcomes Turkish Chef Mehmet Gok to Opus Bar and Grill from 24 -28 May! Türkiye is a place of great food and great culture, which is one of the reasons why so many people explore and travel the great country. This is one of the reasons why the World Gourmet Summit, in collaboration with the Embassy of Türkiye, is set to deliver an extraordinary Turkish extravaganza at voco Orchard Singapore.

It's the first of many dinners that the World Gourmet Summit will be showcasing this year, bringing back International MasterChefs to create curated masterclasses, dinners, and great menus to dine on. These chefs will be coming to Singapore throughout the year and the World Gourmet Summit and hosting establishments will work together with them in order to create and curate culinary, gastronomic experiences that are sure to tantalise and excite the public.

The first of many, this Turkish dinner is guaranteed to set tongues a-wagging across dinner tables. The event, which will be held at Opus at voco Orchard Singapore, will be hosting great International MasterChef Mehmet Gök from the 24th to the 28th of May for 5 days. This will include a special promotional menu as curated and conceptualised by Chef Gök, with him working in tandem with Executive Chef Shannon Batten, who happens to also be the recipient of the Indoguna Singapore Executive Chef of the Year Award 2022.

With that, it's an honour to unveil the very first of WGS International MasterChef dinners, and MasterClasses with Chef Mehmet Gök, who will be hosted at Opus Bar and Grill at voco Orchard Singapore from the 24th of May to the 28th May!
