Escape To A Fun Filled Feast This Easter!
Easter is coming up and if you’re looking for a good place to celebrate the best of Easter delights, One Farrer Hotel’s Escape is the perfect place for your pool-side brunch!. Chef Marcus Tan and his team are presenting a culinary escapade for families and friends this Easter!
Experience a laid-back and fun day with an a la carte buffet selection featuring smokin’ grill favorites, brunch staples and
egg-citing Easter-inspired signatures! Start light with dishes like a refreshing bowl of Papaya Salad with Grilled Prawn, or even a Butternut Squash Bisque, which includes an assortment of rolls, baguettes, and quiche loaded with spinach, feta, and charred red capsicum.
Eggs can be prepared any way you want them when you hop on by the artisanal egg station and order up your favourite egg dish, with accompaniments such as ham, bacon, mushroom, and more. What’s more? Eggs Benedict, featuring buttery English muffins, warm poached eggs topped with a heavenly hollandaise, is ready to be served up for you and your hungry bellies!
But don’t count your chickens before they hatch: you can also dine on dishes prepared from the smokin’ hot grill, like the perfectly grilled Black Angus Beef Ribeye with a dash of thyme sea salt, fall-off-the-bone BBQ Pork Spare Ribs, and other exciting meats. Add appetizers such as the sides using the fresh produce harvested at One Farrer’s urban farm, which includes farm-grown vegetables such as forest mushrooms, capsicum, asparagus, zucchini, and more. End off the meal with Easter-themed patisseries like the traditional Hot Cross Bun, Bunny Green Velvety Cake, and chocolate-centric treats like the Egg Nest Chocolate Royale and Chocolate Easter Eggs. Kids will be excited to decorate their own cookies at the DIY Cookies Corner, designing their very own cookies with tri-colour whipped cream, sprinkles, assorted jellies, and candies.
Of course, the great part of this is that you can take the opportunity to take a dip into the pool at Escape, if it all gets too hot! Be sure not to do it so soon after eating. After all, you're in for a feast at Escape!
