With a revamped menu that offers great affordability for you, choose between a two course menu or three course menu and choose between the different mains, starters and desserts for yourself, perfect for those looking to go for a good variety of dishes for lunch.
It helps that Food Capital has long been known for their mastery on Indian and Chinese cuisine, and the dishes that are under this new menu are all great additions to Food Capital. Start with appetizers such as the Chicken Tikka Salad, which features succulent juicy pieces of chicken liberally spiced with tikka curry and onions, in a leafy salad mixed with capsicum and cucumber. Another great appetiser? Norwegian smoked salmon sitting on top a head of Thai mango salad with smashed avocado and mango salsa, which lends juicy fruitiness to the tart salad and the smoky salmon.
Then, chose between mains available across different cuisines, whether it be Asian or Western, such as the Farm chicken roulade, which already earns points for a crispy chicken skin and a delicate and tender chicken meat, which sits above a bed of truffle mousseline potatoes, edamame, and carrots. Another highlight mains includes the lamb rack, accompanied by mint sauce and mushrooms.
