Specialty cuts of meat of meat/meat by-products featured included steak, short ribs, Op rib, and beef fat pastry, which were then used to create the sumptuous four-course menu. Invited guests at the event marvelled at the conscious creations curated and were very satisfied with how the beef was showcased in the dishes..
