Te Amo at MOONBOW's For Valentine's Day!
Celebrate Valentine's Day in style when you dine at MOONBOW, in a colourful, clandestine rendezvous at Dempsey when Chef Heman Tan is on board, with a beautiful, delicious set dinner menu for you to celebrate love.
In an affair called, "Te Amo", the menu is available at three seatings: 11.30 AM, 6.00 PM and 8.15 PM, at 5-course menus. Priced at $138++, the menu is a beautiful, well-selected range of ingredients made with Chef Tan's wild, yet reverent touch. Start with the complimentary Amuse Bouche and starters, Fine de Claire Oyster which includes Hokkaido Bafun Uni, and Tomato Granita; as well as the Salmon Confit, which includes Norwegian salmon confit, diced Granny Smith apple, fresh raspberry and ikura roe.
Then, dine on Cream of Wild Champignon soup, filled with wild mushrooms, and girolle mushroom cannoli, and be served with a complimentary intermezzo of Snow Pear Sorbet to cleanse your palate, before moving to one of your mains. Choose between the Adam’s 120 Days Grain-Fed Angus Beef or Eve’s Black Cod.
End off the entire meal with ‘TE AMO’ SWEET ENDING, where men can get the Chef Heman’s Cigar(for Gentlemen) and women can get the Lydia’s Grape Bakewell Tart (for Ladies).
