Chef of The Month: 2022 and Beyond From November 2021 to February 2022!
This year, we’re bringing back a long-standing tradition: picking out and naming some of our favourites for Chef of Month, as well as Restaurant of the Month. It’s a joy for us to not just bring back such a beloved standard, but also recognise their work and effort for the last few years, especially during COVID-19.
“Through COVID, we saw the F&B industry co-operate, adhere, and abide by Government’s regulations and restrictions to mitigate the spread of the virus,” says Mr Elton Tan, Assistant General Manager of Peter Knipp Holdings Pte Ltd. “It has not been easy during this period, and the sacrifice made to ensure food and service quality remains above and beyond. Cuisine and Wine Asia wants to recognize such extraordinary effort and work put in by the Chefs & Establishments on a timely basis.”
The chefs, namely Chef KK Kong of Sentosa Golf Club, Chef Felix Chong of MONTI, Chef Edward Chong of Peach Blossoms @ PARKROYAL COLLECTION @ Marina Bay Singapore, and Chef Eric Neo of Intercontinental Singapore, are the award recipients of the accolades.
