Soak in the holiday spirit with your loved ones at elemen (元素) and get into the festive joy with an 8-course extravaganza of finely crafted favourites, guaranteed to take your taste buds on a jolly ride!

The restaurant that pushes from meatless gastronomic flavours is celebrating the holiday season with a wholesome spread of cuisine, all with an environmental slide: From 2 December to 31 December 2021, savour the exquisite 8-course Santa-Licious menu ($42.80++ per person) curated by elemen’s Executive Chef and General Manager, Chef Andy Kueh and his team.

Not sure where to start from? Start off with the festive elemen Christmas Trilogy (元素圣诞三部曲) featuring crunchy watermelon radish, cherry tomato caprese and juicy watermelon with black truffle balsamic dressing. Next, perhaps polish off a Mushroom Carpaccio, which features plump bailing mushrooms sliced thinly and accompanied with tangy-savoury seaweed, all tossed in soy vinaigrette dressing. Easily a star of the menu is the Jolly Christmas Pasta (圣诞欢乐意大利面) featuring al dente spaghetti, dressed in velvety and flavourful creamy sauce and topped with glistering seaweed caviar and bits of monkey head mushroom!

End off the meal with elemen’s signature dessert elevated with a Japanese twist – Matcha Tea-Ramisu and a refreshing glass of Merry Berry Sea Salt Fizz to end the meal on a sweet note.
