Great features available at Peppermint include a Mixed Grill Platter, fit for two people ( inclusive of a roasted French baby chicken with thyme, Grain-fed Australian ribeye steak, pan-roasted sustainable barramundi, grilled river prawn, truffle potato mousseline, sautéed fresh seasonal vegetables and mushrooms as well as condiments); and Chef's Black Angus beef burger (oatmeal brioche bun, succulent and tender angus beef grilled to perfection, laid on a bed of fresh lettuce and tomato, topped with cheddar, crispy onion rings and a sunny side up egg.)
