Mr Kwek expressed his inspiration for the pizza parlour from a trip he took to Japan to visit Seirinkan, which reflected how he wanted pizza to be like: light, fluffy, and addictive. This is achieved with the artisanal handcrafted dough and premium ingredients. The toppings for the pizza ingredients are also something you should look at.
An unusual yet great tasting pizza choice include the Blues is My Jam ($26) pizza, a decadent dish topped with savoury bacon and blueberry jam, over a zesty ricotta cream base. It's one of the more outrageous flavours, but amazingly tasty, drizzled with honey. Take a chance and also get Happy Dips, which works for you to dip your pizza crust in after you finish the toppings. The amount of care and concern that the pizza parlour has extends to the dips as well, as each is made with a special recipe that uniquely complements its accompanying pizza flavour.
