Cultivating family-friendly experiences, Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro is bringing a refreshed menu that you and the family can enjoy!
Available from 7 October 2020 onwards, dine on meals and enjoy the panoramic views on top of Mount Faber. Kids can enjoy more with Arbora with an updated kids’ menu with a wider variety of choices, as well as a menu activity sheet with food-safe colour pencils for kids to express their creativity until the food arrives!
Start off with a fresh appetizer that can be chosen between the Arbora Rojak or the Caesar Salad (In a Jar). Kids will enjoy the fresh burst of flavours like tart mango and sweet cucumber with the ebi prawns, or enjoy pouring the dressing into the jar, closing it up and then shaking it up for that fun energetic spurt before you settle down to eat.
Then, enjoy the sweet and savoury combination of the Pineapple-Glazed Pork Ribs, served with a side of sweet potato fries and side salad. The ribs are sweet and tender, and can be eaten off the bone to savour the tender and juicy meat. End the lunch with the flower pot surprise: where everything is edible, even the pot the dessert comes in! Dig your spoon in to find cookie crumble is a rich lemon cream to balance against the sweet chocolate, cookie and berries, and then break open the chocolate shell to finish everything on your plate!
Parents and adults looking for a little libation will be enthused to find a beverage menu that complements the new garden-forward theme, thanks to F&B Manager Mohamed Yazid. This includes two new botanical concoctions: the Botanic Pineapple Boost and the Botanic Watermelon Boost. Drawing on Mohamed’s experiences travelling through Argentina and Mexico, the new tipples call to mind classic flavours from those
regions – perfect for Mum and Dad to take the edge off over a relaxing lunch! The fruity cocktails are light, refreshing, and wonderful for relaxing on warm afternoons
