Durian Noted Churros

Ingredients
325ml milk
50ml water
250g plain flour, sifted
200g durian pulp
1 whole egg
Cinnamon sugar, for coating
Preparation
Heat the milk and 50ml water in a saucepan over high heat to a boil.
Add in the sifted plain flour and then stir vigorously until a paste is formed.
Add in the durian pulp and cook for about a minute.
Transfer the durian mixture into an electric mixer and beat on a second speed until durian mixture is about 70°C.
Crack the whole egg into the durian mixture and beat until a smooth paste is formed.
Place the durian paste into a piping bag with a star nozzle (about 1-cm in diameter) attached.
Pipe the durian paste into a preheated deep-fryer in random lengths and deepfry until golden browned.
Strain the deep-fried durian noted churros on absorbent kitchen towels.
Lightly coat the durian noted churros with cinnamon sugar, to taste.
