octopus a la brasa with solterito

octopus a la brasa with solterito 2   octopus tentacles, cooked
1 tbsp  (each) smoked paprika and extra virgin olive oil

Solterito
16  cherry tomatoes, diced
½  red onion, peeled and diced
100g  (each) fava beans and
fresh peas, peeled
30g  feta cheese, diced
1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp  red wine vinegar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

• For the solterito: Place the diced cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, fava beans, fresh peas, and diced feta cheese into a mixing bowl. Toss well. Season with extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
• Marinade the cooked octopus tentacles with smoked paprika and extra virgin olive oil for about 20 minutes. Grill the marinated octopus in a pre-heated griller until charred. Serve with the solterito. Serves 4
