Pickled kim chi roll

Pickled kim chi roll Ingredients
100g kim chi
80g parma ham
140g pork fillet, braised
Mesclun salad and kim chi, for serving

Preparation 
• Place the kim chi onto a sheet of cling film on a flat surface and top with the parma ham and braised pork fillet. Roll tightly and seal both ends of the cling film and chill the kim chi roll in the refrigerator. Remove the cling film from the chilled pickled kim chi roll and pan-searthe roll on all sides until lightly browned. Cut the pan-fried pickled kim chi roll into equal portions and place onto the centre of each serving plate. Serve with the mesclun salad. Serves 4
