New Kyoto-inspired Seasonal Menu Japanese-French fine dining restaurant, Lewin Terrace celebrates Japan’s harvest season by unveiling a flavoursome new line up of seasonal menu items. Skillfully created by Chef de Cuisine Ryoiuchi Kano, the seasonal menu, available in the months of October and November includes seven dishes based on locally sourced and freshly air flown Kyoto produce. Focusing on an array of the finest produce and ingredients from Kyoto, the new creations pay tribute to homemade dishes and emphasizes on elegant and refine culinary methods that enhanced the natural and subtle flavours of the ingredients.
