Chef Owner Gene Mok of Selfish Gene Café has perfected his recipes for the new weekend and weekday menus for the discerning palate of his guest. New additions such as homemade yogurt, mushroom tartine, and waffles are now available in the menu. Chef Gene believes in making his dishes from scratch and stays true to his philosophy of not serving anyone food that he would not eat himself.
