Fear Not, Eat Bratwurst, Says German Food Minister

The annual Taiwan international culinary exhibition is back. This four day extravaganza now in its 25th year has attracted more than 170 exhibitors to showcase their inventive dishes, interactive cooking shows and many culinary attractions. Visitors will have a chance of sampling exhibitors creations. This event is held in tandem with an international competition that offer prizes amounting to NT$600,000. This year, eight master teams from various Asian countries will compete for the grand prize of NT$300,000 .
