Labour cost getting out of control

With rising cost on food products and rent, these are one of the many challenges that restaurants face from pulling down the shutters. Currently the rise in labor cost and maintaining staff status quo is on the top of the concern list. Some have reluctantly embrace outsourcing for help in the hope of reducing the cost that they are incurring.Spending money on better food produces and quality is a preference for most restaurant owners than placing half of their budget on staff.With this trend catching fire, more jobs will be lost and there will be a detrimental manpower effect on the F&B industry.
