As the Intercontinental Hotels Group, Singapore, prepares to launch the first global children's hotel menu, child food expert and best-selling international author, Annabel Karmel MBE as well as award-winning chef, Theo Randall work together with selected junior guests for distinguished hotel guests. They aim at creating a menu that will take children beyond their wildest imagination, into a world of flavours, textures, but not forgetting a balanced meal. Chef Randall grew up with the love for food and with his travel journals of food and culture, he wishes to bring those into the menu for the children coming from around the globe. We would love to go back to being a child now just to try the menu!
