Chef Bal Arneson’s Spice Adventure tour in Asia

The Asian Food Channel (AFC) will be hosting Canada-based celebrity chef, Bal Arneson, on “Bal Arneson’s Spice Adventure” tour across Asia .

From the 7th – 24th August 2014, the “Spice Goddess” which airs on AFC, StarHub TV 435, will be visiting Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia, where she will host a series of dinner and demonstration events for corporate clients, media and fans.

In Singapore, Bal will host The Underground Supperclub by DBS Indulge supported by Grand Hyatt Singapore and William Grant & Sons. Guests can look forward to tasting some of her signature dishes such as Sweet Potato and Yam Samosas with Fresh Mango Chutney, Spice Crusted Rib Eye Steaks with Coriander Blue Cheese and a delicious Spiced Yoghurt with Fresh Berries. To further entice guests, Bal will pair her menu with the robust flavors of Glenfiddich Whisky 12, Solera 15 and 18.
