FIJI Water will be presenting Los Angeles' food truck sensation. The FIJIWaterLime Truck and its celebrity chef Daniel Shemtob in a two-day pop-up debut in Singapore on 15 and 16 August 2014.
Catch The FIJIWaterLime Truck, winner of Food Network's "The Great Food Truck Race" of season two whipping up its award-winning taste with hip, inventive dishes in two scheduled appearances.
To fully portray The FIJIWaterLime Truck experience, "Kerby" (as Kerbside Gourmet is affectionately known to fans) will be transformed to replicate the visiting truck's signature lime green exterior, complete with Daniel Shemtob on board.
Savour three tantalising dishes, Braised Pork Belly Taco with Tomatillo Pico de Gallo & Sriracha, Fresh Fish Ceviche Tostada, and Blue Crab & Jicama Taco, each incorporating FIJI Water to complement their fresh, vibrant flavours.
FIJI Water will also donate full proceeds from the 2-day event to Willing Hearts, a 100% non-profit organisation that provides for the needy in Singapore.
