Singapore Junior Pastry Team Selection Want to represent Singapore in the upcoming 3rd Junior Pastry World Cup SIGEP in Italy? Do not waste anymore of your precious time dreaming about it! Grab this chance to showcase your culinary skill to the world.

The Singapore Junior National competition will select the best in 2 categories to represent Singapore:
1)    Chocolate Creation
2)    Sugar Creation

Participants will be judged on their professional skills and their ability to provide a practical demonstration of trends and progress in pastry arts to an audience.

The selection competition is open to all pastry/bakery students currently enrolled in culinary related institutions or training centers in Singapore.

Participation in the competition is open to confectioners under 23 years of age (and therefore born after 17 January 1992), who are nationals of the represented country.

Participants will have 7 hours to prepare, from 8.00am to 3.00pm on 23 August 2014 and the venue for contest is at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy. . The application form need to submitted by 15 August to

3rd Junior Pastry World Cup SIGEP Italy will take place on January 17-18, 2015 in Rimini during the SIGEP, International Exhibition Artisan Production of Gelato, Pastry, Confectionery and Bakery
